Production checks the verified recipient, access consent, membership and expiry. Agent chats receive secure references; Comet does not silently paste private message text into an external bot’s history.
This is an authenticated secure-portal pattern. It is not a claim of end-to-end encryption from Comet or automatic HIPAA/SOC 2 certification.
